On Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th July, we are involved in a large local event called the Centenary Rocks! Festival. This two day festival attracts around 15,000 people each year and all proceeds go towards the Centenary Community Connections. This is a local Community organisation that runs the local music hub, provides the annual Santa Sleigh and other local activities.
On the Sunday, as part of the festival there is a car show�n�shine called the Carfest. We are sponsoring the 4WD section of this and will have a stall nearby with our own 4WD cars on display.
It is located at Rocks Riverside Park, Counihan Road, 17 Mile Rocks QLD 4073. This park is along the river, not far from the Jindalee Bridge.
The cars need to be there from 8am until approximately 3pm. Gates open for Carfest between 8am and 9:30am. We can�t have any cars arrive after that, as the Festival opens to the public at 10am.
The entry fee is $10, you receive a welcome gift bag and go in the draw for a lucky door prize. We have a range of categories, including from Best Modified, Best Stock, Best Tourer and many more. The winner of each category gets a trophy and prize.
