Hi Everyone
just to let you all know I'm off to compete in the Cliffhanger comp out t Willcania ( 150k from Broken Hill) the new race truck will be fiished this Sunday, we had our first drive last Sunday and all went well, just have a couple of small things to tidy up nd we will be ready to leave on Fri 4th the comp starts on Monday and finishes on fri 11th if you want to follow our progress go to the outerlimits web site and then the comps section and look under the cliffhanger thread.we are team 17 THe LowRangers that is Wil Nielson (ex club member) and Myself. the truck ran well on sunday and in LOW range we expect to be able to run at around 130KPH after it gets dyno tuned this week it's quick, don't know what we will get out in hgh will hopfully have enough open space out there to try it out last year they were reaching 175 -190kph in some parts. wish us good luck and see you all at the next meeting with lots of tales to tell and hopfully some photo's |

Good luck boys, the first comp after buildup is always a tricky one as you find all the little bugs in teh setup. Hope it works well for you, and remember consistency goes a long way in these duration comps.

The boys took out 11th place - excellent effort.
Queensland did well overall, and from the pics I have seen (as you would expect) Patrols dominated the field.
